1898 Double 9 Kruger Pond

Also known as the 1899 Overstamp, the Double Nine Pond was officially issued on 2 November 1899. Only 130 coins were hand-punched with a second “9” by Mint Foreman Mr. A. Hermanes, making this one of the most exclusive pieces in the Kruger series.
