1893 ZAR Threepence Silver
Also known as: 1893 Tickey, or 1893 3 Pence South Africa.

The 1893 ZAR Threepence is affectionately known as the “Tickey” and was a commonly used small denomination in circulation. While over 135,000 were minted, it is difficult to find examples in high grades such as MS65. No proofs are known for this issue, and certified coins are preferred by collectors due to frequent wear on circulated examples.
